The rooms had patchwork done from a hole being put through the wall and were smaller than appeared in the picture, but they were the only good things about this property. It was hard to breathe inside of the room. The service was exceptional with nice beds, comfortable rooms, and clean accommodations. The location was close to the Tropicana and very clean. The only good thing was its proximity to the Tropicana, Tanger Outlets, the casino, and the boardwalk. The dining, specifically the breakfast, was welcoming after a fun night out. Negative aspects were the rude service and unkept appearance, while positive highlights included the establishment being clean and the location's convenience.
The location of the hotel is convenient, just steps from the boardwalk, offering an amazing view of the Tropicana. The rooms, unfortunately, had issues with soaked carpets and smoke smell, impacting the overall experience. The service was a mix of friendliness and disturbance. The dining options were limited, which could be improved, but the facilities were decent.
The hotel had nice rooms with modern furnishings and bathrooms, but the overall experience was terrible due to strong odors of drugs and cigarettes. I would never stay here again. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the rooms were very small.
